Best way to schedule?

Typical lead time for an appointment is 1 – 2 weeks if you have a specific time and day in mind. If you are flexible, it would be sooner.
Where are you located?
My office is located at 2615 Ashby Ave, 2nd floor, in the Elmwood district in Berkeley (very close to College Ave). Parking is usually quite easy on the street.
What kind of paperwork do you need from me?
At the beginning of our first session, I have you complete a Client Intake form which covers details such as contact info, general health info, exercise habits, work habits, past injuries or surgeries, as well as a drawing where you can mark the areas in your body that have been causing you discomfort. We have an in-depth conversation about these things as well as about whether you’ve had bodywork before and what you expect to accomplish during this session.
Do I have to get undressed?
Most clients prefer to get undressed, but it’s everyone’s individual choice. You would be appropriately covered with a sheet throughout the session.
The key is that you need to feel at ease and comfortable to receive the most benefit from the work.
What kind of products do you use?
I use Sacred Earth massage cream and massage oil. All organic and fragrance free. Clients always comment how they don’t feel all greased up after a session, and they really like that.
